Starting to Train Again

It’s been playing in my mind for a long time now. I’ve been injured and have cut down my training for most of this year but I think now is the time to start it back up – my hand and knee are near enough 100% and I feel like I need some rolling practice- its just not the same at home.

Condition 1) Where to return to now that’s the big question? We don’t have much of a choice where I live but I decided I’d rather go somewhere I don’t get hurt – I’m not in it to become a world champ – yeah I’d like to get a purple brown and black but my health comes first.

Condition 2) Black belt or not – I’d love to train with a black belt as long as my first condition is met – but I’m just as likely to learn stuff off a purple so I’m not so fussed at this point in my developmet.

Condition 3) Loyalty? Is there such a thing especially when you pay for a service? If I’m paying full price then I have the choice to move on, period. Again Condition 1 comes is the overriding call.

Weighing up the options I think I have a couple of choices….. think wisely the investment in time and money is significant so make sure it’s all worth it.
